Welcome 'smommy, aka bellasmommy, to what is quickly becoming the tribe of sf_d in my journal.

I call it "the sfd_army" and one day I plan to use it for nefarious purposes.

But not every person is an add. Or some friendships come to an end, or a far enough parting of the ways that it's probably best not to read each other's journals.

That's why, every year, I give everyone the opportunity to drop me off their f-lists, no questions asked, no drama, etc. If you want to tell me why, give me a PM, but I will not yell, berate, scream "WHYYYY?" or anything else. I'll probably just say what I say to the people on OKCupid with whom I don't click: "Good luck." In life, in friendship, in all you do.

Remember that entry I just posted on, among other things, Livejournal as a specific mode of communication? Well, now it's time for me to back that up. I will be taking certain people off my list for the various reasons I was talking about in the post. If you're surprised or hurt or whatever, feel free to contact me privately. I will absolutely take the time out to explain to you why, but believe me when I say it's probably because LJ as a method of communication doesn't work for you and I.

The time of the year when I say, "Hello, internets, feel free to take me off your friendslists and there will be no drama; in fact, we will NEVER SPEAK OF THIS AGAIN."

I'd also like for the people who added me randomly years ago to take me off their lists, but it seems like that would be a Christmas miracle at this point.

There's something annoying about a bare journal. It's the whole thing where you don't know if it's being used or not. Mine is definitely being used, but is locked down.
